Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping address, and account details when you order, register, subscribe to our newsletter, leave a review, apply for wholesale, or contact us.
• Live chat: the messages you write in the chat and the email you leave there, if any.
• Order information: items purchased, order history, subscription status and loyalty points.
• Technical information: IP address and basic device data used for security, rate limiting and fraud prevention.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. They never touch our servers.

2. How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping orders, managing subscriptions and wholesale accounts.
• Transactional email — order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets.
• Marketing email, only when you opt in. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Site security, fraud prevention and improving the store.

We never sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the store work: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), our email provider (transactional and opted-in marketing email) and Cloudflare (bot protection). Each provider receives only what it needs and may not use your data for anything else.

4. Live chat

Live chat messages go straight to the Gym Juice team, who read and answer them. Please don't share card numbers or passwords in the chat. To keep spam out, starting a chat includes a Cloudflare security check and we keep a one-way scrambled code of your network (never the address itself) to limit how many chats one network can open. Chats are deleted six months after the last message; ask us to delete one sooner at the email below.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a chat cookie that keeps your conversation for 30 days once you start one, and local storage to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your rights (including CCPA)

You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. California residents additionally have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@gymjuiceenergy.com and we will respond within 45 days.

7. Retention & security

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it. Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm, and admin actions are audit-logged.

8. Children

Our products contain caffeine and are not marketed to children. The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
