1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of gymjuiceenergy.com and any purchase you make from Gym Juice Energy ("Gym Juice", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & caffeine advisory

Gym Juice energy drinks contain 200mg of natural caffeine per 12oz can. They are not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, or women who are pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before consuming if you have a medical condition. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or inventory errors; if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.

4. Subscriptions (Juice Club)

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the discounted subscription price.
• You can swap flavors, pause or cancel anytime from your account — changes apply to your next renewal.
• Cancelling stops future charges; orders already placed ship as normal and follow our standard return policy.

5. Shipping & returns

Orders ship within 1 business day from Pasco, WA, with delivery typically in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50. Every order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — details on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or resale outside an approved wholesale agreement.

7. Wholesale

Wholesale pricing, terms and portal access are governed by your approved wholesale agreement in addition to these terms. Invoiced orders are due per the payment terms attached to your account.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, product names, photography, copy and design — is owned by Gym Juice Energy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gym Juice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law & changes
